Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bridge Expert to provide technical leadership in the design, assessment, and construction supervision of bridge projects across the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering safe, cost-effective, and sustainable bridge solutions while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the design review and approval of bridge structures including road and rail bridges
– Conduct structural assessments and inspections for existing and new bridges
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on geotechnical, structural, and construction matters
– Ensure compliance with Philippine and international bridge design codes and standards
– Provide technical guidance during construction and oversee quality control processes
– Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in bridge engineering within civil infrastructure projects
– Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, CSI Bridge)
– Familiarity with Philippine bridge design codes and AASHTO standards
– Proven experience in managing large-scale bridge projects
– Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; professional registration is a plus
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
