Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Package Lead to oversee the delivery of civil engineering works within major transportation infrastructure projects in Ireland. The role involves coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities for assigned civil packages, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering packages within the project
– Manage multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, and subcontractors
– Ensure adherence to Irish regulations, Eurocodes, and project specifications
– Monitor progress, quality, and safety of civil works
– Collaborate with project management and other discipline leads to align project goals
– Prepare reports, track milestones, and manage risks associated with civil packages
Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in civil engineering project delivery, preferably in transportation infrastructure
– Strong understanding of civil design, construction methods, and quality control
– Familiarity with Irish and European standards relevant to civil infrastructure
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
– Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
