Job Description:
We are seeking a Civil Package Lead to manage the delivery of civil engineering works for major metro and rail projects in Israel. The role involves coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities to ensure the successful execution of civil packages in line with project requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering packages within the metro/rail projects
– Manage multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, and subcontractors
– Ensure compliance with Israeli regulations, project specifications, and international standards
– Monitor progress, quality, and safety of civil works
– Collaborate with project management, design, and other discipline leads to align project objectives
– Prepare reports, track milestones, and manage risks related to civil packages
Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in civil engineering project delivery, preferably within metro or rail infrastructure
– Strong knowledge of civil design, construction methods, and quality assurance
– Familiarity with Israeli and international standards relevant to civil infrastructure
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
– Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
