Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Country Head to lead all civil and transportation infrastructure operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves strategic oversight, business development, and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale projects aligned with company objectives and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide leadership and management for civil and transportation projects across Saudi Arabia
– Develop and execute business growth strategies and market expansion plans
– Manage client relationships, government engagement, and stakeholder coordination
– Oversee project delivery, budgeting, and resource planning
– Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian construction codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
– Lead and develop local teams to drive performance and operational excellence
Requirements:
– 15+ years of experience in civil and transportation infrastructure with senior management roles
– Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian regulations, market conditions, and infrastructure sector
– Proven success in business development and project execution in the region
– Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred
– Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
