Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead and oversee all civil engineering operations and business development activities in Egypt. The role involves strategic leadership, managing local teams, and driving project execution aligned with company goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide overall leadership and management of civil engineering projects and operations in Egypt
– Develop and implement business strategies to grow market presence and revenue
– Manage client relationships, government liaison, and stakeholder engagement
– Oversee project delivery, budgeting, and resource allocation
– Ensure compliance with Egyptian regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements
– Lead, mentor, and develop local teams to enhance performance and capabilities
Requirements:
– 12+ years of experience in civil engineering, including management roles in Egypt or the region
– Strong knowledge of Egyptian construction laws, standards, and market dynamics
– Proven track record in business development and project management
– Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred
– Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
