Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Geotechnical Site Supervisors to oversee geotechnical activities on energy and civil infrastructure projects in Germany. The role involves supervising site investigations, monitoring ground conditions, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise geotechnical site investigations, sampling, and testing activities
– Monitor and report on ground conditions, site stability, and construction impacts
– Coordinate with geotechnical engineers, contractors, and project teams
– Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
– Document site activities and prepare detailed reports for project management
– Support problem-solving and mitigation of geotechnical risks on-site
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in geotechnical site supervision for energy or civil infrastructure projects
– Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigation techniques and safety practices
– Familiarity with German construction standards and environmental regulations
– Degree or diploma in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
– Excellent communication, reporting, and team coordination skills
