Job Description:
We are seeking a Back-Office Manager to oversee administrative, documentation, and support functions for energy and civil engineering projects based in India. The role ensures efficient back-office operations, compliance, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage back-office operations including document control, procurement support, and contract administration
– Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution
– Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
– Oversee financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting activities
– Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
– Lead and mentor back-office staff
Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in back-office management, preferably within energy or civil engineering sectors
– Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
– Familiarity with project documentation, procurement processes, and contract management
– Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
– Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
