Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced International Project Manager to lead complex civil infrastructure projects based in Germany with international stakeholders. The role involves overall project coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives across diverse geographic regions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil engineering projects
– Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries and cultures
– Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
– Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment
– Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and safety protocols
– Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
– 12+ years of project management experience in civil infrastructure
– Proven track record managing international projects and multicultural teams
– Strong knowledge of European and German civil engineering standards and regulations
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
– Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
– Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
