Job Description:
We are seeking a Marine Structure Engineer to support the design, analysis, and construction supervision of marine infrastructure projects across Canada. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural integrity, durability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and review designs for marine structures including piers, wharves, jetties, and offshore platforms
– Perform structural analyses and material assessments to ensure safety and performance
– Collaborate with geotechnical, environmental, and construction teams during project phases
– Ensure designs comply with Canadian codes and environmental regulations
– Support construction monitoring and resolve technical issues on-site
– Prepare technical reports and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in marine structural engineering
– Strong knowledge of Canadian marine design codes and standards
– Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; professional engineering license preferred
– Experience working on large-scale marine infrastructure projects
– Excellent technical, communication, and teamwork skills
