Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing, tendering, and contract management processes for major civil and transportation infrastructure projects in Israel. The role requires a strong understanding of procurement regulations, supply chain management, and construction project requirements within the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and timelines
– Manage the tendering process, including preparation of bid documents and evaluation procedures
– Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
– Ensure compliance with national and international procurement standards and regulations
– Collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to ensure transparent and efficient procurement practices
– Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and maintain accurate procurement records
Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in procurement management for civil or transportation infrastructure projects
– Strong knowledge of FIDIC and public procurement laws in Israel or similar international frameworks
– Proven experience in large-scale project procurement, including goods, works, and services
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract management skills
– Degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS) are a plus
– Fluency in English required; Hebrew is an advantage
