Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural design and coordination for structural and civil engineering projects in Germany. The role includes managing design development, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and oversee architectural design from concept to construction documentation
– Coordinate with structural and civil engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions
– Ensure adherence to German building regulations, Eurocodes, and project specifications
– Conduct design reviews and obtain stakeholder approvals
– Support construction phase activities including site inspections and issue resolution
– Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in architectural design within civil or structural projects
– Strong knowledge of German building codes and European standards
– Proven project management and coordination skills
– Degree in Architecture or related field; professional registration preferred
– Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
