Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead the architectural design and coordination of structural and civil engineering projects in Poland. The role involves managing project deliverables, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage architectural designs from concept through construction documentation
– Coordinate closely with structural and civil engineers to integrate design solutions
– Ensure adherence to Polish building codes, EU standards, and project specifications
– Conduct design reviews and manage stakeholder approvals
– Support construction phase activities including site visits and issue resolution
– Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in architectural design for civil or structural projects
– Strong knowledge of Polish building regulations and European standards
– Proven project management and coordination skills
– Degree in Architecture or related field; professional registration preferred
– Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
