Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects in Germany. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of project delivery to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality outcomes in line with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
– Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants
– Ensure compliance with German and European construction standards and regulations
– Monitor project progress, risk, and quality control measures
– Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders
– Prepare and present project reports and documentation
Requirements:
– 10+ years of project management experience in civil engineering projects
– Strong knowledge of German and European construction codes and standards
– Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
– Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
