Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Bridge Lead to manage and lead the design and delivery of bridge projects in Mississauga, Canada. The role includes overseeing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to design standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the structural design and engineering of bridge projects
– Manage and mentor bridge engineering teams
– Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
– Ensure compliance with Canadian bridge design codes and safety regulations
– Oversee quality assurance and risk management activities
– Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations
Requirements:
– 12+ years of experience in bridge engineering and project leadership
– Strong knowledge of Canadian bridge design standards and construction methods
– Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; professional engineering licensure in Canada preferred
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
