Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Highway Lead to oversee the planning, design, and delivery of major highway and transportation projects in Mississauga, Canada. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the design and engineering of highway and transportation infrastructure
– Manage and mentor highway engineering teams
– Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
– Ensure adherence to Canadian transportation design codes and safety standards
– Oversee quality control, risk management, and project documentation
– Prepare reports, presentations, and technical submissions for stakeholders
Requirements:
– 12+ years of experience in highway engineering and project leadership
– Strong knowledge of Canadian highway design standards and construction practices
– Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; professional engineering licensure in Canada preferred
– Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
