Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to provide leadership and oversight for major civil engineering projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves driving technical excellence, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead technical strategy and implementation across all civil engineering projects
– Oversee design, construction, and quality assurance activities
– Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international codes, and client requirements
– Manage and mentor engineering teams and technical staff
– Collaborate with project management, procurement, and stakeholder teams
– Drive innovation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
– 15+ years of experience in civil engineering with significant leadership roles
– Strong knowledge of Saudi construction standards and regulatory frameworks
– Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
– Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced qualifications preferred
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
