Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead technical operations and strategic planning for major civil and transportation infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing design, construction, and quality assurance activities to ensure successful project delivery aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical leadership across all phases of civil and transportation projects
– Oversee engineering design, procurement, and construction quality management
– Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international codes, and best practices
– Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and foster collaboration among stakeholders
– Manage risk assessment, technical problem-solving, and innovation initiatives
– Collaborate with project management and client teams to meet project goals
Requirements:
– 15+ years of experience in civil and transportation engineering with leadership roles
– Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects in the Middle East
– Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction codes and transportation standards
– Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
